Information and orders

To order cell lines from the ICLC bank, proceed as follows:

• Request, complete and sign the form for requesting the lines, indicating the VAT number and the exact heading of the Institute to which the invoice must be sent, and indicate a person to refer to for any communications
• Subscribe the terms and conditions form for distribution
• Include an official purchase order, indicating the price of the ordered lines and the shipping fee, as per the rate table
• Send the documents to paola.visconti@hsanmartino.it
